Ingredients of Avocado Mash On Toast
- 2 Avocado
- 4 Slices of bread (preferably sour dough)
- 2 Spring onions, chopped
- 1 Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Coriander , chopped
- 1 tsp Green chilli, chopped
- Optional:
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- to taste Black salt
How to Make Avocado Mash On Toast

Lightly toast the slices of bread and keep aside to cool down.

Peel the avocado and scoop out the flesh in a bowl.

Add spring onions, lime juice, coriander, green chilli, olive oil and black salt. Mix well.

Spread it evenly on the toasted bread and enjoy.
