Ingredients of Bajra Raab

  • 1/2 Cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Bajra flour
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • A pinch of Ginger powder
  • A pinch of Elaichi powder

How to Make Bajra Raab

In a bowl, add some warm water and let the jaggery soak for 5-10 mins.

Meanwhile in a pan, add ghee and cook the Bajra flour until the color has changed.

In a pan add the jaggery water mix and boil in low flame.

In the pan with bajra, add the jaggery water mix and some milk too. Mix well to make sure no clumps are left.

After cooking this for 5 mins, add ginger powder and elaichi powder. Drizzle shaved nuts for garnishing but that is optional.
6.
Serve hot for breakfast.
