Ingredients of Chinese Salad
- 1/2 Tbsp chilli paste
- 1/2 Tbsp shrimp paste
- 1/2 Tbsp roasted peanut powder
- 1/2 Tbsp tamarind water
- 2 tsp chopped ginger flower
- 1/2 tsp chopped whole lime
- A squeeze of lemon
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced turnip
- 1/4 cup diced raw mango
- 1/4 cup beans sprouts
- 1/4 cup cooked jelly fish
- 1/4 cup diced tofu
- 1/4 cup fried wheat dough
- 2 lettuce leaves
- Parsley
How to Make Chinese Salad
1.
Mix all the ingredients well.

Toss the salad on lettuce leaves.

Garnish with parsley.

Serve topped with roasted peanuts.
