Ingredients of Chinese Salad

  • 1/2 Tbsp chilli paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp shrimp paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp roasted peanut powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp tamarind water
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger flower
  • 1/2 tsp chopped whole lime
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced turnip
  • 1/4 cup diced raw mango
  • 1/4 cup beans sprouts
  • 1/4 cup cooked jelly fish
  • 1/4 cup diced tofu
  • 1/4 cup fried wheat dough
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • Parsley

How to Make Chinese Salad
