Ingredients of Green Seafood Thai Curry
- 200 gms prawns
- 150 gram fish cubes
- 1/2 cup squid rings (optional)
- 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water or stock
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup baby corn
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
- Fresh basil or coriander for garnish
- to taste salt
How to Make Green Seafood Thai Curry

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green curry paste for a minute.

Add coconut milk and water/stock. Stir and bring to a gentle boil.
3.
Add bell peppers and baby corn and cook until slightly tender.
4.
Add prawns, fish cubes and squid. Let the seafood cook for 4–5 minutes on low heat.
5.
Add fish sauce and adjust salt.
6.
Finish with fresh basil or coriander and serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
