Ingredients of Egg Tikka
- 4-5 Boiled Eggs
- 2 tbsp Hung Curd
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Besan
- 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
- 1 tbsp Besan
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
How to Make Egg Tikka

Take a large container, add hung curd or yogurt along with dry spices (mentioned above), salt, lemon juice, mustard oil and gram flour and mix well.

Cut the eggs into two halves and then dip all the eggs in the batter, mix gently and set aside for 10-15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180- 200 degree C. Grease a baking tray with melted butter or ghee, place the eggs on the baking tray.
4.
You may add a piece of burnt coal once the eggs are prepared.
5.
Garnish with onion rings and serve with green chutney and lemon wedge alongside.
