Ingredients of Mahi Nazakat
- 1000 gms sole slice
 - 200 gms onion
 - 100 gms tomato
 - 50 gms dhaniya powder
 - 50 gms jeera powder
 - 30 gms garlic
 - 30 gms ginger
 - 100 gms khoya
 - 20 gms cheese
 - 20 gms cashew nut
 - 20 gms raisin
 - 30 gms garam masala
 - 80 ml cooking oil
 - 30 gms green coriander
 - 30 gms royal cumin
 - to taste salt
 
How to Make Mahi Nazakat
1.
Clean fish fillet. Pat it dry. Flat it with a knife.
2.
Prepare stuffing with cashew nut, raisin, green coriander, all spices, salt and khoya.
3.
Place fish on the table. Put stuffing and make a nice roll. Bake it in salamander.
4.
Take oil in a pan. Add royal cumin, onion, cheese and tomato paste and cook it properly.
5.
Place fish roll in a serving plate. Add fine gravy on it. Finish with fresh coriander.
