Ingredients of Mahi Nazakat

  • 1000 gms sole slice
  • 200 gms onion
  • 100 gms tomato
  • 50 gms dhaniya powder
  • 50 gms jeera powder
  • 30 gms garlic
  • 30 gms ginger
  • 100 gms khoya
  • 20 gms cheese
  • 20 gms cashew nut
  • 20 gms raisin
  • 30 gms garam masala
  • 80 ml cooking oil
  • 30 gms green coriander
  • 30 gms royal cumin
  • to taste salt

How to Make Mahi Nazakat

  • 1.Clean fish fillet. Pat it dry. Flat it with a knife.
  • 2.Prepare stuffing with cashew nut, raisin, green coriander, all spices, salt and khoya.
  • 3.Place fish on the table. Put stuffing and make a nice roll. Bake it in salamander.
  • 4.Take oil in a pan. Add royal cumin, onion, cheese and tomato paste and cook it properly.
  • 5.Place fish roll in a serving plate. Add fine gravy on it. Finish with fresh coriander.
