Ingredients of Manglorean Ghassi with Coconut Rice
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Grated coconut
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Cinnamon stick
- 1 Whole Kashmiri chili
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- to taste Salt
- Water (1000 ml, boiled in two stages)
- For Coconut Rice
- 500 gram Rice
- Oil
- 5 gram Cumin
- 200 gram Grated coconut
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 12 gram Salt
How to Make Manglorean Ghassi with Coconut Rice

Heat oil in a saucepan and add cumin, grated coconut, black pepper, cinnamon stick, and whole Kashmiri chili.

Add ginger-garlic paste and salt. Boil 500 ml water for 30 minutes.

Make a paste after boiling. Boil again for 30 minutes with an additional 500 ml water.
For Rice:
1.
Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a saucepan and add cumin, grated coconut.
3.
Add coconut milk, salt, and rice. Cook for 15 minutes.
