Ingredients of Nuchinunde Dumplings
- 1/2 Cup toor dal
 - 1/2 cup chana dal
 - 1/2 cup coconut
 - 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
 - 1 tbsp ginger
 - 1 tsp chilli
 - Salt as per taste
 
How to Make Nuchinunde Dumplings
1.
Take toor dal and chana dal, soak them for some time and blend it with some water. Make sure that a coarse texture is formed.

Put this mix in a large bowl and coconut, curry leaves, coriander, ginger, cumin, heeng, chilli and salt as per taste. Combine these together.
3.
Now shape these dumplings in a cylindrical shape and put it in the steamer.
4.
Steam for about 20 minutes and serve.
