Ingredients of Nutty Mocha
- For Caramel Biscuit:
- 1000 gms butter
- 666 gms brown sugar
- 166 gms icing sugar
- 12 eggs
- 350 gms almond pow
- 24 gms baking pow
- 834 gms flour
- 350 gms caramel sauce
- For chocolate fudge:
- 200 gms cream
- 100 gms sugar
- 60 gms butter
- 200 gms cashew broken nut
- 400 gms milk chocolate
- For Coffee Mousse:
- 100 gms eggs
- 40 gms yolk
- 250 gms white chocolate
- 15 ml coffee
- 5 gelatin
- 500 gms whip cream
- 70 gms sugar
How to Make Nutty Mocha
Prepare Caramel Biscuit:

Take cream, butter and sugar. Gradually, add eggs in the mixture.

Then, add all the dry ingredients.

Add caramel sauce on it.
Prepare Chocolate Fudge:
1.
Put the sugar to the caramel stage. Then, add butter and cream and let it cook for 2 to 3 minute in a slow fire.

Later, add chocolate and roasted cashew.
Prepare Coffee Mousse:
1.
Make a sabayon out of eggs, yolks and sugar.

Add coffee and melted gelatin fold with chocolate and whip cream.
