Ingredients of Paneer Schezwan Bread Roll
- 250 gms paneer, crumbled
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup capsicum, chopped
- 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tsp oil
- Salt, to taste
- Coriander leaves, for garnish
- 5-6 bread slices
- Oil, for frying
- Water, as required
How to Make Paneer Schezwan Bread Roll

Start by preparing the filling for the bread roll. For this, heat the oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Saute for a few seconds and add the chopped veggies. Mix well.

Add the paneer along with soy sauce, schezwan sauce, and salt. Give it a nice mix and cook for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and keep aside.

Now, trim the edges of the bread slices and flatten them out using a belan. Place a spoonful of the prepared filling in the centre of one and cover it with another bread slice.

Seal the edges using water, and then shallow-fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney and enjoy!
