Ingredients of Ragi Khichdi
- 1 Cup Rice
- 1/2 cup Moong Dal
- 1/2 cup Ragi
- Salt to taste
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Ghee for cooking
How to Make Ragi Khichdi

Soak dal, rice and ragi in water for at least 1 hour.

Heat some ghee in a pressure cooker.
3.
Roast cumin seeds till they crackle. Add turmeric powder, green chillies, and saute for a minute.
4.
Add soaked dal, rice and ragi together with water. Add salt.
5.
Pressure cook and serve after adding garam masala powder.
