Ingredients of Ragi Ambali

  • 3-4 tbsp Ragi flour
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves, to garnish
  • 2 cups Water

How to Make Ragi Ambali

Dry roast ragi flour on medium flame until it releases aroma. Do not burn it.

Boil water with some salt. You may add a pinch of hing for better digestion.
3.
Gradually add the ragi flour and stir continuously to avoid any lump.
4.
Mix well until you get a smooth paste. Switch off the flame.
5.
Now, whip the curd with some water to make it light.
6.
Take the ragi paste in a glass, add the curd and onion to it and mix well.
7.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
