- 1 cup Cubed Onion
- 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
- 1 cup Carrot (Roughly Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Cubed Bell Peppers
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (Cubed)
- 1 1/2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tsp Schezwan Sauce (Any chilli sauce would work)
- to taste Black Pepper
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
How to Make Sweet And Sour Vegetable Gravy

Firstly, take a large wok. Heat oil and add the cubed onion and cubed capsicum. Cook for about a minute. After that, toss in the cauliflower florets, sliced cabbage, and chopped carrots.

You can also add bell peppers or any vegetable of your choice. Stir constantly while mixing all these ingredients together.

Once done, add tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, corn flour, and water after 2-3 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Serve with fried rice, sticky rice or noodles!
