How To Make Aloo Chicken Curry | Potato Chicken Curry Recipe:
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the whole spices - cinnamon, green cardamom, peppercorn, bay leaf and cumin seeds. Once the cumin seeds start to splutter add the onions. Saute them till they are golden brown and crisp. Now add the chicken and potatoes. Fry them till they are golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and mix well. Pour in the whisked yoghurt.
Once the oil separates, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, slit green chillies, garam masala powder and mix well. Pour in water to make the gravy. Let the gravy cook till the chicken is done. The chicken potato curry is ready!
