Earlier, Saransh Goila had shared another flatbread recipe — it was his mother, Poonam Goila's bathua paratha. It's made from the green vegetable Chenopodium album, commonly known as bathua. In the video, we could see his mother rustling up the paratha with Saransh Goila assisting her. He also stated that he and his mother used to wait throughout the year to lay their hands on bathua, which is usually available in winter, to make delicious dishes out of it. Watch the video here.
