How To Make Guava Salad

You would need:

1 small bowl of cut Guava

1 small cup pomegranate seeds

Half cup of cut avocado pieces

Half teaspoon of red chilli powder

1 teaspoon of pink salt

1 teaspoon of lime juice

Method:

1. Mix all fruits together. Add the lime juice, then salt and red chilli powder.

2. Toss them well and serve. You can also throw some mint leaves on top for the final garnish.

Include this salad in your diet, but make sure you consult your diabetologist before making any significant change in your diet.
