Vegan Coconut Dessert recipe is shared by famous YouTube chef Manjula Jain on her channel 'Manjula's Kitchen'. In her recipe video, Manjula has mixed soya milk and coconut milk along with sugar, coconut, pistachios and cardamom seeds. She boils it for a while and then adds agar-agar powder along with saffron before boiling it again. The mixture is then refrigerated to set like a jello.

You can make this healthier by skipping sugar and using a sugar substitute or jaggery instead. Serve this decadent dish at your next Diwali party and watch your guests drooling over it.
