How To Make Tudkiya Bhaat

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup split lentils (moong or masoor)
  • 1 cup yoghurt (curd)
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 cups water
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Step 1: Wash and soak
