To make this delicious recipe, first, let's start with making the idli batter. Take some suji and curd, mix it well and leave it to ferment for two hours. Till then, crush some boiled potatoes and add masalas like red chilli, turmeric, green chilli, and salt as per taste. Finally, combine the aloo masala and let it cool.

Once the idli batter ferments, add some fruit salt and mix immediately. Then pour this batter into the idli steamer, fill half of the dish, and add the prepared aloo masala in between. Add some more idli batter from the top and cover. Let it steam till the idlis are cooked.
