You can easily make this sweet dish with the ingredients that are available at your home. You would need potatoes, ghee, sugar, milk, chopped cashews, almonds, raisins and cardamom powder.

First, you would need to boil the potatoes and mash them. Then in a pan, add some ghee and let it heat. To this, put your mashed potatoes and let them cook for 1-2 minutes. Next, add milk, sugar, cardamom and raisins to the potatoes and mix them well. Cook for another 8-10 minutes and keep stirring the halwa. Lastly, all you need to do is garnish it with chopped almonds and cashews and enjoy it with your family!
