To make this dish, first, take four eggs, and hard boil them. Till it boils, prepare the base of the dish. Take a pan and add oil, cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, ginger garlic paste and onions. Mix them till the onions turn soft. Now add tomato puree with masalas and cook till the oil starts to separate. Once done, add some cream. You can also substitute cream with cashew paste to bring a rich flavour. Let the paste in the gravy cook. Adjust the spices as per your taste.

Once your eggs are done, cut them in two halves and add in the prepared gravy. Mix and garnish with coriander leaves.
