Chicken breast strips marinated in a flavourful mix, fried and tossed in a spicy sauce - this dragon chicken is sure to leave you drooling!  Cashews and spring onions add the perfect amount of crunch to this mouth-watering delight. The best part about this recipe is that it can be made in just 30 mins from the comfort of your home. It makes for an ideal appetiser for a dinner party. Dragon Chicken Recipe: How To Make Restaurant-Style Dragon Chicken  

Start by marinating the chicken strips in soy sauce, pepper, salt, red chilli powder, rice flour and maida. Mix well and set aside. Now, heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated chicken on medium heat until golden brown. 

Next, heat oil in a wok on high heat. Add garlic and red chilli paste, and fry for 1-2 mins.  Add vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup and salt. Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour and water.  Add it to the wok and cook until the sauce thickens. Add fried chicken strips and toss to combine. Top it with spring onions and cashews. The Dragon Chicken is ready!
