How To Make Matar Pulao:
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Add cumin seed, ginger. Sautee on low-medium flame until they splutter.
3. Add soaked rice, followed by peas.
4. Then add garam masala, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and mid everything well.
5. Mix until everything is well combined.
6. Add some water. Give everything a final mix.
7. Put the lid and cook until the rice is done.
8. Serve hot.
