To make it at home all you need is to make the dough with flour, red chilli powder and salt mixed together. In a pan, jeera, salt, peas and red chilli is sautéed together, cooled and mashed together to make the stuffing. The stuffing is packed in with the dough, rolled to paratha and deep-fried in desi ghee. Your crispy, stuffed, wholesome parathas are ready to be devoured!
