Kizhi Parotta Recipe: Here's How To Make Kizhi Parotta

First, take the chicken pieces and marinate them in red chilli, turmeric powder, salt, lime and yoghurt. Then, till it marinates, prepare the curry for it. For the same, in a kadhai heat oil. Then add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala and cook till the smell of raw onions goes away. Once done, put in the marinated chicken pieces. Adjust salt as per taste. Then take a banana leaf and place the parotta in the centre. Next add, the prepared chicken to it. Finally, close the banana leaf and tie it up.

Now in a pan, add some water, put the banana leaf in it and cook till the water evaporates. Then take it out and enjoy!
