Marinate the mushroom in flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, pepper and water. Shallow fry the coated mushroom till they are lightly golden, keep them aside.

In a pan saute spring onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic. Season it with soya sauce, salt, black pepper and sugar. Add the fried mushroom, stir well till the mushroom is bathed in it.
