It is made by adding heaps of shredded paneer to a thick red gravy made with tomatoes, onions, and masalas. You can either add cream, capsicum, butter or avoid them - the milky texture of the paneer itself is enough to make Paneer Ghotala a rich and decadent curry. How To Make Paneer Ghotala l Paneer Ghotala Recipe:

In a pan heat some oil and add onions, cumin, chili, chopped ginger garlic and tomatoes puree. Let this mix well and cook. Add the dried spices and mix everything well. You may add cream and butter at this point.

Once the gravy is almost done, add in the grated paneer and mix well. Add more water according to your preferred consistency. Finish off with chopped coriander and serve hot with soft fluffy roti or buttered naan.
