All you need to do is to make a mix of coconut milk with spices, including garam masala, chili powder, fennel powder, ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves. Make a dough of it and combine with a mix of rice flour and egg. Take out long thin strips from the dough, flatten to balls and make uniform, small button shapes of it. Deep fry these balls in batches until crisp and cooked. Let it cool and serve with chicken fry!
