First, chop onions, potatoes, cauliflower, paneer and spinach leaves. Wash them all properly. Now in a bowl, add besan, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, dhaniya leaves, garam masala and some water. Make sure that the batter has flowy consistency. Once that is done, dunk your vegetables in this batter, and deep fry them in hot oil. Take it out once crisp and brown. Serve and enjoy!
