  • 1 red apple
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 guava
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste

Method:

  1. Cut the fruits into large cubes.
  2. In a bowl, add fruits, red chilli powder, lemon juice and tamarind paste.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Skewer the fruits and put it in a tandoor or oven.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
  6. Serve with chutney and onions.
