Make simple besan toast in 10 flat minutes. This recipe was shared by vlogger Reshu on her YouTube channel 'Cooking With Reshu'. It ticks marks all the boxes of the ideal morning meal. It is healthy, tasty, nutritious, rich in protein, and can be rustled up in a jiffy. Let's take a look at the recipe.
Healthy Besan Toast Recipe | 10-Min Healthy Breakfast Recipe:
To make this toast, first put besan flour in a large bowl, Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain, a pinch of baking powder, and add some water to make a smooth batter. Now you can add veggies of your choice. This recipe uses chopped onions, carrots, tomatoes, capsicum, green chillies and fresh coriander leaves. Mix everything together. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
Now spread some oil on a pan. Dip bread slices in the batter and place on the hot tawa. Cook from both sides on medium flame till crunchy and well cooked. Now spread green chutney on one slice, and tomato ketchup on another slice. Club the slices together to make a sandwich with the stuffing of crumbled paneer (cottage cheese).
