Gond Pak Recipe | How To Make Gond Pak

Ingredients:

  • Edible Gum - 1 bowl
  • Cashew - 2 tbsp
  • Almonds - 2 tbsp
  • Melon Seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1 bowl
  • Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg - 3-4 pinch
  • Crushed Jaggery - 1 cup

Steps To Make Gond Pak:

  • Take a grinder jar, add edible gum, and grind until a fine powder.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and lightly roast melon seeds, cashew, and almonds.
  • Once roasted, take them on a plate.
  • Heat the same kadhai again, add desiccated coconut and roast on low flame.
  • Transfer all the dry fruits into a grinder and make a coarse paste.
  • Now heat ghee in a Kadhai, add whole wheat flour and gond powder and let it cook for some time.
