Gond Pak Recipe | How To Make Gond Pak
Ingredients:
- Edible Gum - 1 bowl
- Cashew - 2 tbsp
- Almonds - 2 tbsp
- Melon Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1 bowl
- Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg - 3-4 pinch
- Crushed Jaggery - 1 cup
Steps To Make Gond Pak:
- Take a grinder jar, add edible gum, and grind until a fine powder.
- Heat ghee in a pan and lightly roast melon seeds, cashew, and almonds.
- Once roasted, take them on a plate.
- Heat the same kadhai again, add desiccated coconut and roast on low flame.
- Transfer all the dry fruits into a grinder and make a coarse paste.
- Now heat ghee in a Kadhai, add whole wheat flour and gond powder and let it cook for some time.
