Amy Jackson and Ed Westwick got married in August last year. The celebration of their special day included a candlelight dinner and a stunning wedding cake. Designed by Chef Damiano Carrara, the cake featured the couple's initials, a textured design on two tiers, and vanilla frosting at the bottom. The five-tiered dessert was made with white chocolate candied roses and vanilla cream, while the base comprised choux pastry cookies, the bride revealed in an interview with Vogue. She said that the cake was finalized with raspberry jelly and looked extremely delightful.
Amy Jackson also discussed the other food items at her wedding. "Our guests really enjoyed the tortelloni with Neapolitan-style escarole, restricted anchovy sauce, and black truffle; the raviolo with beef stracciatella, smoked provolone, and chestnut fondue; and the gnocchetti with asparagus fondue, guanciale, dates, and caciocavallo cheese. Equally tasty was the snapper with scampi and clam guazzetto sauce, perfectly paired with roasted endive." Read the full story here.
