Rhea Kapoor's The Crew has kept the movie buffs on the edge of their seats. No, not just because of its three leading ladies, but their much loved “Chai pe charcha sessions.” We already informed you how Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon and Tabu have turned The Crew shoot into a foodie's paradise. Since the beginning of the project, the actresses have been bonding over hot beverages and snacks. It doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon. Abiding by the rule that “the chai must go on”, Tabu has once again given us a glance at “Crew ki chai ka samaan.” Wondering what it is? Crunchy nutty rusks. While sharing a picture of a plate full of almond rusks, Tabu thanked her co-star Kriti for the same. Tabu wrote, “Crew ki chai ka samaan!! Thank You Kriti Sanon.” Re-sharing the picture on her Instagram stories, Kriti wrote, “Anytime! The chai must go on!”
ICYMI, it was Tabu, who kickstarted this fun“Chai pe charcha sessions,” with her zesty cup of tea. On May 19, Tabu dropped a monochrome picture of herself holding a cup of tea in her hand. Well, Tabu's post was quick enough to grasp Kareena Kapoor Khan's attention, who by the way is a tea person. Kareena commented, “Mere bina chai pe charcha ho rahi hai …where are the biscuits?” Tabu channelled her inner wittiness and replied, “Waiting to come to set and take from you.” Well, soon enough Kriti Sanon joined the discussions and revealed her plans to “survive the night shoot.” Kriti wrote, “Tabu, getting you guys Dilli ke aata biscuits today! To survive the night shoot!”
But this “Chai pe charcha session” didn't end there. Soon after this Kriti Sanon and Tabu took the same flight to Goa. Yes, without Kareena Kapoor Khan. The two actresses enjoyed the hot beverage together, teasing Kareena with a selfie, shared by the Shehzada star. In the picture, Kriti and Tabu were seen posing with their cups of tea. She wrote the text, “Chai pe charcha. Missing you Kareena Kapoor Khan. Rhea Kapoor, The Crew has boarded.” Re-posting the story, Kareena questioned about the tea-time snacks. Kareena quizzed, “Where are the biscuits ladies? See you tomorrow.” To which Kriti revealed, “Umm…we will have to manage with Goa biscuits! Tabu finished the Dilli wala box!”
The Rajesh Krishnan's directorial will hit the theatres next year on March 22.
