Rahul Gandhi recently posted an Instagram video, sharing his food preferences and habits. In an interview with the YouTube channel 'Khaane Mein Kya Hai', Rahul Gandhi joked it was a tougher interaction than any political interview he had given. After exploring Delhi food streets with gol gappa, chaat, tikki and chole bhature, the round of rapid-fire questions began in a restaurant, with Rahul Gandhi revealing his all-time culinary journey. Rahul Gandhi uploaded a snippet from the interview on Instagram, with the big revelation: "Which politician is the best cook?"

In the caption of the video, Rahul Gandhi asked his followers, "Who is the best cook among Indian politicians? Can you guess?" The answer came as a complete surprise. Rahul Gandhi said former Bihar chief minister Lalu Prasad Yadav is a "great cook." He went on to reveal the best cooks in the Gandhi family. Sonia Gandhi is "number 1" and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is "number 2", as told by Rahul Gandhi. He ranked himself the "number 3" cook in the family. 

While Rahul Gandhi admitted he likes all the popular street food, aloo tikki is his favourite. He also shared sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's favourite - it is chaats. 

Talking about his usual diet routine, Rahul Gandhi shared he likes to start his day with 'morning coffee' and has a cup of tea in the evening. Replying to another question. Gandhi said he preferred sweet foods over spicy foods. And if he had to choose between French desserts and Indian mithai, he would go for the latter.
