The same seems to be the case with a Russian woman who is acing the game of Indian cooking. A Russian woman named Ekaterina Raman, who resides in Madhya Pradesh, documents her life there on Instagram. Her social media is full of her travels to various locations in India. Along with that, she also often posts about her cooking skills. Recently, the woman was seen making aloo paratha, and we are surely impressed with her!

Taking to Instagram, she shared a video of herself making the parathas. The video begins with her kneading the dough from wheat flour. Then she takes five big potatoes and boils them. After they are boiled, she takes them out and mashes them. To this, she adds salt, green chillies, red chilli powder, and dhaniya leaves. Later, she mixes this aloo mixture with the wheat dough and rolls out a paratha. Finally, she cooks it on a tawa with ghee! Take a look at her reel here:
