Recently, a viral video on Instagram showed a renowned tissue bread restaurant in Seoul, known for selling only 100 pieces a day. The Instagram post features a place named ‘Truffle Bakery', which is located in Hannam-dong, Seoul. The use of thin layers in tissue bread makes it light and flaky, making it a desirable and sought-after product at the restaurant in Seoul. According to the post, tissue bread is made of specially blended flour, which gives it a neat texture. It also uses “loads of French Gome Butter” which gives it a “thick, luscious butter flavour”.

The Truffle Bakery also offers other varieties of bread, including their specialty, truffle red bread, and croissants, along with different kinds of drinks. The tissue bread is particularly popular and tends to sell out quickly, often by 2 PM, due to its high demand, according to the caption.
