Bread is loved all over the world. It comes in many forms and can be eaten in lots of ways. Whether it is a loaf of sliced bread or a warm baguette, bread is a favourite in every culture. People enjoy it because it is tasty, versatile, and brings people together. Recently, a viral video on Instagram showed a renowned tissue bread restaurant in Seoul, known for selling only 100 pieces a day. Tissue bread, also known as "paper bread", is a popular food in South Korea. It is made up of thin, delicate tissue-like layers of bread that are stacked together to form a single loaf.
The Instagram post features a place named ‘Truffle Bakery', which is located in Hannam-dong, Seoul. The use of thin layers in tissue bread makes it light and flaky, making it a desirable and sought-after product at the restaurant in Seoul. According to the post, tissue bread is made of specially blended flour, which gives it a neat texture. It also uses “loads of French Gome Butter” which gives it a “thick, luscious butter flavour”.
