The star recently shared a picture of a plate full of vibrant salad, placed on a candlelit table. The salad featured a combination of spinach, cherry tomatoes, prosciutto, melons, and a big ball of burrata cheese at the centre. In her caption, Tara wrote, “Summer on a plate! Melon, prosciutto, burrata and a sprinkling of green for health (face with tears of joy emoji)”.

Not just Tara Sutaria, but other celebrities are also expressing their love for summer foods on Instagram. Recently, Preity Zinta, who is in India to cheer for her Indian Premier League team, shared a series of pictures featuring summer fruits on her Instagram Stories. The actress could not resist indulging in mangoes. Additionally, she shared a picture of a plate filled with jamuns, also known as black plums. Before that, Masaba Gupta treated her Instagram followers to a snapshot of a quintessential summer dinner. Known for advocating a healthy lifestyle, the actress and fashion designer ate her last meal of the day at 5:30 PM. What was on her plate, you ask? A summer special dish called thayir saadam, more commonly known as curd rice. In the image shared on her Instagram Stories, we see a large bowl of partially eaten curd rice. The dish was prepared by tempering the rice and curd mixture with mustard seeds and curry leaves, giving it a flavorful twist.
