Bhagyashree's culinary tales make us drool. Now, the actress is back at what she does best: treat her fans to another tasty recipe. Any guesses? Well, it is none other than spicy chole curry — the staple Indian snack. Bhagyashree's chole recipe primarily caters to vegetarians who struggle with incorporating protein into their diet. But thanks to her, not anymore. On “Tuesday Tips with B”, Bhagyashree shared a video demonstrating a thorough procedure of making chole. She claims to prepare the nutrient-packed dish at least once every week. Let's begin, shall we? To start, chickpeas must be soaked in the water overnight. The next day, keep the chickpeas in tea water and place the entire thing in a cooker. Cook for 5-6 whistles.

In a separate pan, a generous quantity of oil is poured, followed by a dollop of hing-jeera paste. One bay leaf comes next to deliver an aromatic flavour. Hold on foodies, just a little more time before the delicious chole is served. Ginger-garlic paste, onion chunks, and onion paste are added to the pan. After that, sliced green chillies and chopped green onions are put in. Spice-lovers assemble because lal mirch is sprinkled next, coupled with chole masala. A small quantity of water is poured into the mixture and after 2 whistles, lip-smacking chole is ready. Topped with coriander, we can feel our mouths watering. What about you?
