A simple and quick cauliflower recipe. Cauliflower/ gobhi dipped in rice flour batter and deep fried. Tossed with curry leaves, green chillies and curd.

Ingredients of Cauliflower Chilli Fry
- 1 cup diced cauliflower/ gobhi
 - 3 tsp curd
 - 2 green chillies
 - 4-5 curry leaves
 - For the Batter to Coat Gobhi/ Cauliflower:
 - 2 tbsp rice flour
 - Red chilli powder, to season
 - Salt to taste
 - Water
 - Oil to deep fry
 
How to Make Cauliflower Chilli Fry
1.
Mix all ingredients to make a thick batter or paste.

To this add the cauliflower and deep fry. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and lightly saute the curry leaves.
4.
Add green chillies and curd.
5.
Finally add the cauliflower/ gobhi. Mix well.
6.
Serve cauliflower chilli fry pipping hot.
