Ingredients of Spicy Gobhi 65
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 cup Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Maida
- 2 1/2 cups Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 3 Green Chillies

Take a pan and pour water in to it. Add salt and cauliflower.

Soak out cauliflower into another bowl and add some salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste.

Mix them well and add yogurt.

Add cornflour and maida, mix well to make a paste.

Take oil in a pan and put the pieces of paste in it to deep fry until golden brown.
Prepare Tadka:
1.
Take oil in a pan, put garlic, ginger and green chillies to it.

Saute them well.
3.
Put the fried pieces in a plate to serve, and garnish with the tadka.
4.
Serve hot.
