Ingredients of Spicy Gobhi 65

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 Tbsp Maida
  • 2 1/2 Cups Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 3 Green Chillies

How to Make Spicy Gobhi 65

  • 1.Take a pan and pour water in to it. Add salt and cauliflower.Spicy Gobhi 65
  • 2.Soak out cauliflower into another bowl and add some salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste.Spicy Gobhi 65

  • 5.Take oil in a pan and put the pieces of paste in it to deep fry until golden brown.Spicy Gobhi 65
  • Prepare Tadka:
  • 1.Take oil in a pan, put garlic, ginger and green chillies to it.Spicy Gobhi 65

  • 3.Put the fried pieces in a plate to serve, and garnish with the tadka.Spicy Gobhi 65
