Ingredients of Chicken Kanti
- 1000 gms Chicken Whole Boneless
- 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- to taste Salt
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Degi Mirchi
- 3 Onion sliced
- 1 Green capsicum
- 4 Green chilies
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Degi Mirchi
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Chicken masala
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
How to Make Chicken Kanti
1.
Marinate the chicken with 2 to 6 ingredients and keep in the chiller for 30 minutes

Deep fry the marinated chicken until it is cooked well and leave a side

Sauté the onion in a pan until soft, add the green chilies, and 11 to 13 ingredients then add the tomatoes, ketchup and green capsicums. Cook until the masala is cooked

Add the fried chicken in to the masala and cook for another 5 minutes and serve with Naan Bread
