Tossed with a slew of masalas, this chicken stuffed papad is the perfect snack to accompany your drinks. Toss in some freshly chopped coriander leaves for some zing.

Ingredients of Chicken Stuffed Papad
- 1 diced onion
 - 1 Tbsp oil
 - 1 Tbsp Recheado masala
 - 350 gm cooked, shredded chicken
 - 6 medium sized papad
 - Salt
 - Oil for deep frying
 - For the Masala:
 - 1 tsp cumin seeds
 - 50 red chillies
 - 2
 - 8 cloves
 - 1/2
 - 1 tsp thick tamarind pulp
 - 1 1/2 tsp sugar
 - 3-4 Tbsp malt vinegar
 - 1 Tbsp coriander seeds
 - 1 tsp peppercorns
 - 1 1/2
 - 15 cloves garlic
 - 1 chopped onion
 - 4 Tbsp oil
 - Salt
 
How to Make Chicken Stuffed Papad

To prepare the Masala:

Grind the onion, garlic and spices in vinegar.

Add the tamarind, sugar and salt.

Saute in oil for 5-6 minutes.

For the Filling:

Saute the onion in oil, add the masala and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Cool, add the chicken and season.

Moisten papad with water and fill with chicken.

Roll, seal and deep fry seam-side down in hot oil. Serve immediately.
