Ingredients of Crunchy Tricolour Vegetables
- 250 Gram Cabbage, sliced
- 100 Gram Capsicum, sliced
- 200 Gram Carrot, sliced
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2-3 Whole red chillies
- 4-5 Curry leaves
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
How to Make Crunchy Tricolour Vegetables

Heat oil in a large kadahi, add mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.

When the seeds splutter, add cabbage, capsicum, carrot, salt and black pepper and stir-fry over high flame till the vegetables look glossy.
3.
Remove from flame and transfer the vegetables immediately on to a serving dish.

Add lemon juice, mix well and serve at once.
