About Kurkure Dahi Kebab Recipe: A spicy, tangy and absolutely delicious kebab recipe made with hung curd, cottage cheese (paneer) and a whole lot of spices. Ingredients of Kurkure Dahi Kebab
- 250 gms curd
- 50 gms paneer
- 2 gms coriander seed
- 15 gms fresh coriander
- 30 gms milk powder
- 2 gms green chilli, chopped
- to taste salt
- 2 gms chilli flakes
- 30 gms corn flour
- 16 gms bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
How to Make Kurkure Dahi Kebab
1.
Place a clean muslin cloth over a sieve.

Pour the curd and bring together the edges of the cloth. Then wring the cloth to drain up excess whey from curd.

Place a heavy object like 2 to 3 ceramic bowl over the curd pack. Hung curd is ready.

Crumble paneer and add it to a mixing bowl along with hung curd.
5.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well just to make a non sticky dough.
6.
Divide the dough to equal sized ball,flatten them. then roll in flour, shake them off gently to remove excess flour.
7.
Set aside for 5 to 7 minutes.
8.
Fry all the kababs in a oil until golden and crisp.
9.
Serve kurkuri dahi hot with mint chutney.
