Ingredients of Makhani Gravy
- 1 Kg Tomato
- 40 gram Ginger
- 40 gram Garlic
- 3 gram Kasuri methi
- 5 gram Kitchen king
- 50 gram Kaju
- 50 ml Cooking oil
- 100 gram Butter
- 1.5 litre Oil
How to Make Makhani Gravy

Take a pot add water, tomato, ginger, garlic, kasturi methi, degi mirch, kitchen king, kaju, cooking oil and butter.

Simmer the mixture for about an hour, when the tomatoes are fully cooked, strain it .

Pulverise the stained tomato pulp to fine paste, mix the tomato water and pureed tomato pulp on slow fire and keep stiring till it becomes homogeneous mixture.
