Rava fish fry is a famous Goan recipe. This fried fish is different from regular fish fry as the batter is made with semolina.

Ingredients of Rava Fried Fish
- 500 gm fish fillets
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 gm tamarind pulp
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Rava (soojee), to coat fish
- Oil to deep fry
How to Make Rava Fried Fish

1. Marinate fish in chilli powder, salt, tamarind, turmeric and garlic for about 15 minutes.

3. Dip fish in soojee to coat on both sides and deep fry till crisp and brown.
